Why doesn't Hulu have all episodes of Chicago Fire?
This is a result of NBC making their own platform Peacock more of an in-demand destination for their content. So, although you can't tune into the latest seasons on Hulu, you can do so on One Chicago's new home. Also, for those wondering, season 11 began premiering on NBC on Wednesday, September 21st 2022.
Hulu offers live NBC in nearly all US markets, along with cable TV and broadcast networks. Therefore, you can watch Chicago Fire every week as it airs on NBC.

Chicago Fire and the entire One Chicago franchise will indeed soon be leaving Hulu. Following initial reports, it has since been confirmed by TVLine that the One Chicago series will be leaving Hulu and making their way to Peacock — which will become the shows' official streaming home.
